STUDENTS

Calvary Student Ministry encourages students to be Christ followers and to love God’s Word. Students experience biblical, practical teaching to help grow their faith and equip them with the truth. Students also have opportunities to live what they learn through service projects and other events. Scroll down for more details about Calvary’s Student Ministry!

SUNDAYS

Sunday School

Middle School

9:30 AM | Family Life Center Room 8

Middle School can be a very challenging time in life. We want to equip our students to face those challenges by learning scripture and putting it into practical application. Join us for both a fun and bonding experience.

High School

9:30 AM | Family Life Center Room 3

Our High School class is designed to give students a strong Biblical foundation with opportunities for new friendships. Studies are based on topics that are both interesting and relevant to challenges that High School students face on a daily basis.

WEDNESDAYS

Awana

Every Wednesday at 6:25 PM during the school year

Awana is a fun approach to making the Bible alive and relevant with caring trained leaders who invest time, love and wisdom into shaping children’s lives. While kids are having fun together each Wednesday night, they’re learning about Jesus and growing in their faith in Him, too. They learn Bible verses and spiritual truths. They encounter life lessons that feed their soul. They participate in games and activities that train their bodies.

7th – 8th Grade | Family Life Center (FLC) Room 5/7

Trek is a 2-year program for Middle School students. This new program challenges students to wrestle with the three most important questions they’re asking in middle school. By allowing students to dive deep into the Scriptures and answer these questions for themselves we allow them to own their faith and discover what they believe.

His Story:  This study helps middle school students understand God’s story and answers the question, “Who am I?”

His Love: This study focuses on Jesus and His ministry, as told through the Gospel of Luke and answers the question, “Why am I here?”

His People: This study focuses on biblical community as told through the book of Acts and answers the question, “Who’s with me?”

9th – 12th Grade | Depot Youth House

Journey® establishes high school students as lifelong disciples through a deep study of God’s Word, mobilizing them to live with godly perspective and evident faith. Four complete years’ worth of material supports your 9th-12th grade high school ministry. Additional products, training materials, and awards are available.

Journey is a multi-year high school ministry curriculum with 4 main studies. Learn more about first two studies, Disciples with Josh Griffin and Advocates with Sean McDowell (available July 2017), and get a sample lesson of each to see how the lessons can be adapted to fit your youth ministry.

Rising 8th – 12th Grade
